About This Role
Coordinate and administer heat resilience programs, manage research grants, and engage stakeholders to drive cooling technology adoption for the built environment sector.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer effective industry programmes (including grants) to support heat resilience.
- Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders to review building resilience standards and drive adoption of promising cooling technologies.
- Keep abreast of emerging innovations, manage administration of research grants, and identify opportunities for R&D translation.
- Coordinate with interagency counterparts to support WOG heat resilience efforts.
- Identify potential opportunities for R&D translation and leverage engagement mechanisms to foster meaningful collaborations.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in engineering, building or construction-related disciplines.
- Strong interest in technology and innovation.
- Strong analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
