About This Role
Seeking a qualified scientist with research experience to coordinate nutrition interventions, manage logistics for study participants and meals, conduct data analysis, and ensure ethical compliance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day research operations and study logistics
- Plan and prepare multi-ethnic intervention meals for participants
- Manage participant recruitment, scheduling, and delivery logistics
- Conduct nutrient analysis of meals and participants' intake data
- Perform study monitoring, progress tracking, and adverse event documentation
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure study execution
Requirements
- Qualification in nutrition, food science, biomedical science, sports science, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in research coordination of human studies
- Familiarity with research logistics, participant coordination, and data collection tools
- Comfortable with field-based work and hands-on measurements
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team
