About This Role
A Senior Manager, Human Resource Business Partner at NCSS is seeking a strategic partner to align people strategies with organizational objectives and deliver data-driven HR solutions across the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to address comprehensive people-related needs including talent acquisition and workforce planning.
- Proactively manage complex employee relations matters to ensure positive experiences from onboarding through offboarding.
- Lead the development, review, and enhancement of HR policies to drive business performance and employee engagement.
- Lead or participate in strategic HR projects and initiatives as assigned to drive innovation in people practices.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their unique challenges and facilitate strategic talent discussions.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, processes, employee wellbeing programmes, and employment legislation.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of related HR experience with demonstrated expertise in partnering with business stakeholders.
- Relevant post graduate Diploma in Human Resource / IHRP certification is advantageous.
