About This Role
We are seeking a Data Science or Business Analytics professional to support HR workforce planning and digitalisation activities, including forecasting needs, building dashboards, automating processes with RPA or chatbots, and ensuring timely course-correction actions.
Responsibilities
- Partner business units to forecast workforce requirements in alignment with organisational priorities.
- Analyze workforce demand, supply, capacity and capability trends to identify gaps and recommend interventions.
- Evaluate manpower requirements for new initiatives and growth areas, including assessing budget implications.
- Review workforce movements against plans to recommend timely course-correction actions where required.
- Support the quarterly billing process for manpower projects, including monitoring actual vs. budgeted amounts.
- Develop and maintain workforce analytics, dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Knowledge in digitalisation or automation tools, preferably in Data Science, Business Analytics.
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI or other digital tools with strong analytical skills to interpret data.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and a team player who can build rapport across all levels.
- Good communication, written and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of HR operations; experience in HR planning would be an advantage.
