About This Role

We are seeking a Data Science or Business Analytics professional to support HR workforce planning and digitalisation activities, including forecasting needs, building dashboards, automating processes with RPA or chatbots, and ensuring timely course-correction actions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner business units to forecast workforce requirements in alignment with organisational priorities.
  • Analyze workforce demand, supply, capacity and capability trends to identify gaps and recommend interventions.
  • Evaluate manpower requirements for new initiatives and growth areas, including assessing budget implications.
  • Review workforce movements against plans to recommend timely course-correction actions where required.
  • Support the quarterly billing process for manpower projects, including monitoring actual vs. budgeted amounts.
  • Develop and maintain workforce analytics, dashboards and reports to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Knowledge in digitalisation or automation tools, preferably in Data Science, Business Analytics.
  • Proficient in Excel, Power BI or other digital tools with strong analytical skills to interpret data.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented and a team player who can build rapport across all levels.
  • Good communication, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of HR operations; experience in HR planning would be an advantage.
