About This Role
We are seeking a creative, digitally savvy Assistant Manager to help connect over a million followers with public transport policies and initiatives through multimedia content, campaign planning, and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop digital communications plans to educate and engage the online audience.
- Create multimedia content including infographics, videos, and livestreams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to amplify LTA's messages across platforms.
- Plan and manage digital campaigns, optimizing performance within budget and time constraints.
- Analyze campaign metrics to recommend adaptive strategies for management.
- Monitor online sentiments and craft appropriate responses to address issues or misconceptions.
Requirements
- Knowledge in Mass Communications, Digital/Social Media/Marketing or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a related field preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and emerging trends.
- Creative thinker with a flair for storytelling.
- Experience in digital content creation, campaign management, and ad buy planning.
