About This Role

The LTA-PT Deputy/Assistant Manager, Bus Infrastructure Management is a dynamic asset steward role in Singapore's bus contracting model responsible for interchanges and depots, requiring strong communication skills to manage commercial activities, policies, licensing, and tender preparation.

Responsibilities

• Driving bus infrastructure-related matters under the Bus Contracting Model, including tender preparation and post-award transition.
• Managing bus interchange commercial and advertisement activities.
• Driving operational policies on use, operations, and maintenance to safeguard infrastructure.
• Managing land-related licensing/leasing matters, including occupation agreements.

Requirements

• Knowledge in any discipline.
• 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the bus industry or asset management.
