[LTA-PT] MANAGER, BUS INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT 1

About This Role

The LTA-PT Bus Infrastructure Asset Steward, Operation & Management Division seeks a dynamic 8+ year experienced asset manager to lead bus interchange and depot operations under the Bus Contracting Model, ensuring smooth commuter experience through tender preparation, commercial activities, and operational policies.

Responsibilities

• Drive bus infrastructure matters from tender preparation to post-award transition and contract administration.
• Manage bus interchange commercial and advertisement activities.
• Drive operational policies on use, operations, and maintenance including asset management strategies.
• Manage land-related licensing/leasing matters, including occupation agreements.

Requirements

• Knowledge in any discipline.
• 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in asset management or facility management.
• Strong analytical, communication, writing and presentation skills with attention to details.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in liaising with stakeholders across all organisational levels.
• Creative, hands-on individual with an excellent ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
