About This Role
LTA-HR Trainee [GRIT@Gov] seeks a motivated HR professional to support recruitment transformation efforts by analyzing emerging technologies, proposing adoption strategies, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to integrate HR systems like Workday.
Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate emerging HR technologies and AI tools relevant to recruitment processes.
- Analyze trade-offs (cost, scalability, user experience) and propose recommendations for adoption.
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and map recruitment workflows.
- Partner with external stakeholders (e.g., PSD, vendors) to understand product capabilities and gather technical specifications.
- Support Workday integration and automation initiatives (e.g., reference checks, onboarding processes).
- Contribute to project documentation and track implementation progress.
Requirements
- Completed a Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Strong interest in HR technology and digitalisation.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to evaluate options and propose solutions.
- Good communication skills to engage stakeholders and vendors.
- Proactive, resourceful mindset willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
