Senior Lecturer/Lecturer (Marketing, Media, Comms)

About This Role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Lecturer/Lecturer in Marketing, Media, or Comms to deliver engaging applied learning experiences for pre-employment and continuing education students in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learner-centred learning for PET and CET students.
• Teach modules in lifestyle, hospitality, tourism, marketing, communications, and media.
• Guide students through applied projects, internships, competitions, and industry collaborations.
• Mentor students in academic, professional, and personal development.
• Design curriculum aligned with industry trends and emerging business needs.
• Integrate contemporary pedagogical approaches including digital transformation and AI.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, culinary, marketing, communications, or related sectors.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills in customer-facing environments.
• Passion for education, talent development, and lifelong learning.
• Experience in student/adult learning or curriculum development.
