About This Role
The School of Infocomm is seeking a dynamic Lecturer in Cloud Native Infrastructure to deliver and manage cloud-native module delivery, curriculum design, and professional development within Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Implement and administer module delivery, assessments, and assignments to meet learning outcomes.
- Plan, design, and develop module curricula, learning activities, and related materials.
- Stay current with industry developments in cloud native infrastructure through active engagement with professional bodies and communities.
- Maintain links to industry for collaboration and promotion of relevant projects or research opportunities.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Computer Science/Engineering with a minimum of 1 year industry experience.
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, RHCSA, Azure, AWS, or DevOps are preferred.
- Proficiency in at least two scripting languages (Python, Powershell, Bash), DevOps with CI/CD, automation tools (Ansible/Puppet), APM monitoring (Splunk/Ekstack), container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker Swarm), and cl
- Experience with Private Cloud Infrastructure (VMware/OpenStack) or Public Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
