About This Role
Seeking an experienced R&D Electrical Engineer to lead end-to-end Printed Circuit Board (PCA) design and electrical implementation for HP products, focusing on signal integrity, power integrity, EMC/EMI compliance, and thermal design.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end PCA design activities including schematic and layout review.
- Ensure high-quality design practices across analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.
- Apply strong understanding of signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), EMC/EMI, and thermal design considerations.
- Perform component selection, footprint definition, and design rule compliance.
- Support PCB stack-up definition and layout optimization in collaboration with layout engineers.
- Participate in design reviews to ensure design intent is properly translated into layout.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in EE design or PCA/PCB-related engineering roles.
- Experience participating in product development cycles from design to production.
