About This Role
A first-line IT Manager at HP is seeking to lead a high-performing team of eight professionals in the Order Fulfillment Transactional - Manufacturing Department, overseeing SAP Digital Manufacturing and CST systems while driving global business relationships across manufacturing regions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of eight IT professionals
- Drive performance management, goal setting, and career development
- Assume end-to-end ownership of key IT assets including SAP DM, CST, WWCOA, and iCost
- Provide oversight of major programs such as Odyssey, S2P, and iCertis AI
- Own financial management including budget planning, PO ownership, and pricing approvals
- Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness across relevant platforms
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in IT or technical teams
- Strong track record in program and project delivery (PMP preferred)
- Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-regional teams
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems (SAP, CST, WWCOA)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead across regions and complex environments
