Sr. Mgr, APAC Physical Security

About This Role

Sr. Mgr, APAC Physical Security at Lam Research seeks a highly experienced corporate security professional with a global mindset to oversee regional physical security standards, manage multi-site teams, and drive cybersecurity convergence initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic & operational leadership to all Lam sites within the region
• Support day-to-day regional security operations including access control and incident management
• Optimize relationships between regions and the wider physical security team to ensure global best practices are maintained
• Develop & maintain physical security guidance, standardize assessments to identify threats and vulnerabilities
• Drive physical & cyber convergence opportunities and implement AI initiatives into the security program
• Manage investigations related to theft, unauthorized access, and misconduct while supporting other teams' investigations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with more than 12+ years of experience in corporate security
• More than 5+ years of experience leading teams across multiple locations
• Experience in creating a global and consistent standard across sites
• Ability to build rapport with and influence cross-functional teams
• Deep knowledge of physical security best practices inclusive of asset protection, intellectual property, and investigative experience
• Proven track record in the security field with a solid people manager who can mature both team and global program
