Project Leader / Manager Digitalization (2 Year contract)

<font color="#2a9b91"><font size="4px"><b>Your Role</b></font><br><br>Key responsibilities in your new role<br></font><br><ul><li><b>Manages projects / sub projects</b> with medium to high complexity and risk</li><li>Responsible for <b>planning and executing projects from project initiation to project closure</b> including business benefits</li><li><b>Lead a diverse cross functional project team.</b></li><li>Assign responsibilities within <b>project-to-Project Managers of sub-projects and Project Member.</b></li><li>Continuously<b> assess project risks and implement mitigation plan</b></li><li>Monitor <b>project progress, manage & address project constraints</b></li><li>Actively <b>identifies and manages changes and adapts project approach</b> to meet defined scope, timeline and budget.</li></ul><br><br><font color="#2a9b91"><font size="4px"><b>Your Profile</b></font><br><br>Qualifications and skills to help you succeed<br></font><br><ul><li>Minimum <b>5 years of working experiences</b> in semiconductor industry with minimum of <b>2 years’ experience</b> in l<b>eading end to end project management</b> cycle</li><li>Minimum a <b>Bachelor Degree </b>in Electronics Engineering or Industrial Engineering or any relevant discipline</li><li>Possess <b>strong project management knowledge </b>and experience in terms of project initiation, planning and closing, including reporting and documentation.
