Responsibilities
- Promotes and sells a dedicated portfolio for potential opportunities
- Manages the overall sale process including change requests and partners
- Runs sales teams ensuring necessary interaction with countries through Opportunity pipeline Reviews, Sitcom meetings and Business Forums
- Supports the definition of sales strategy for a project or broader sales approach in relation to specific customers
- Ensures customer satisfaction through appropriate initiatives addressing problems and complaints on a case-by-case basis
- Captures information on risks, opportunities, marketing and sales to share in the Unit with Bid/project teams
Requirements
- Listening, empathy and ability to adapt the offer to customer needs
- Resilience and negotiation skills for closing sales in line with expectations
- Ability to successfully negotiate terms of an agreement and close sales
- Experience in the Asia-Pacific region with 2,000 employees across three local sites
- Knowledge of KAMs/CDs and Business Development teams for pre-sales cooperation
