Thales seeks an HR Intern to support the Shared Services team in HR operations in Singapore. This role involves assisting with various administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding administrations
- Monitor and process new hire confirmation
- Administer employee benefits enrollment
- Generate official employee letters
- Prepare and maintain personnel files
- Attend to HR queries from employees
Requirements
- Undergraduate/Graduate in HRM
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Independent, proactive, and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech savvy
- Commitment to a 6-month internship
