About This Role
Thales seeks a Cybersecurity Project Manager in Singapore to lead teams in developing and implementing complex cybersecurity application/infrastructure systems for regional clients. This role drives project success from planning through to operational handover.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams of 20+ on medium to large-scale cybersecurity projects.
- Align project objectives and secure resources with customers/stakeholders.
- Plan all project work streams based on detailed scope and deliverables.
- Collaborate with engineering to deliver high-impact cybersecurity projects.
- Ensure smooth transition into operations for ongoing BAU management.
- Manage vendors regarding scope, schedule, and cost.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Cybersecurity or Infrastructure Projects.
- Proven success driving complex multi-stakeholder planning and risk management.
- Track record delivering IT projects on budget, scope, and schedule.
- Demonstrated leadership in matrix management and team building.
- Strong communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Financial understanding to manage contract risks/costs.
- Good grasp of Cybersecurity frameworks and controls.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
