KLA is seeking an MFG Manager in Singapore to lead ATE teams, drive manufacturing activities, and ensure high productivity. This role involves managing operations, quality, and team performance to achieve targets.
Responsibilities
- Supervise ATE teams performing MFG activities
- Monitor team productivity and provide performance evaluations
- Manage daily morning meetings and shift rosters
- Manage spare parts purchasing for production tooling
- Oversee W001 location, Audits (Internal/External), and EHS matters
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve daily build issues for on-time delivery
Requirements
- Degree in any technical field
- Experience supervising ATE teams
- Ability to manage production workflows and targets (e.g., 100% OTD)
- Experience managing team performance and training
- Proficiency in production planning, quality control, and issue escalation
- Experience with inventory/parts management is beneficial
