About This Role
KLA is seeking a Buyer/Planner 3 in Singapore to manage procurement, inventory levels, and supply chain execution for semiconductor manufacturing needs. This role ensures optimal material flow while controlling costs across the supply base.
Responsibilities
- Purchase materials based on MRP/reorder points and maintain planned inventory levels.
- Ensure supply continuity by managing MRB materials, supplier OTD, and ECO execution.
- Manage costs through EOQ pricing review, rework cost minimization, and freight control.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor material movement through the production cycle.
- Gather quotations, award contracts, and develop specifications for new orders.
- Evaluate vendor reliability and develop new supply sources as needed.
