KLA is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Engineer in Singapore to drive sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance within the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem. This role requires technical acumen and strong negotiation skills to support overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead complex supplier relationships and negotiations.
- Manage supplier business reviews and scorecards.
- Ensure compliance with company supply chain best practices and policies.
- Contribute to and drive solutions both internally and externally.
Requirements
- BS Degree in a technical engineering field or equivalent.
- Relevant industry experience in engineering, product development, manufacturing operations, supply chain, or procurement.
- Solid technical, business, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop sourcing strategies supporting overall business goals.
- Experience leading supplier relationships and negotiations.
