Senior Learning and Development Partner

About This Role

KLA seeks a Senior L&D Partner in Singapore to advise manufacturing and engineering leaders across APAC. This role drives business outcomes by diagnosing skill gaps and designing impactful, scalable learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor on learning and performance to APAC leaders.
• Conduct diagnostics to identify root causes of skill or productivity gaps.
• Translate business challenges into targeted learning and enablement solutions.
• Design and deliver enterprise learning programs (leadership, technical skills).
• Facilitate workshops and provide coaching to leaders and technical staff.
• Incorporate digital/AI approaches to enhance learning reach and efficiency.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in HR, OD, L&D, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in learning/talent development.
• Proven ability to support engineering, manufacturing, or operations environments.
• Experience designing/delivering enterprise learning in complex organizations.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
