About This Role
KLA seeks a Field Applications Engineer in Singapore to provide technical support and drive product adoption for advanced metrology products. This role involves customer interaction, application development, and providing in-depth technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide application development support for PWG and Wafersight products.
- Develop field use cases and characterize new product features.
- Offer field technical support for customer application implementation.
- Conduct product demonstrations and prepare detailed product specifications.
- Characterize tool/algorithm performance and provide engineering feedback.
- Provide root cause analysis and potential solutions for customers.
Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or related fields.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-driven with a strong team player attitude.
- Ideal candidates have semiconductor manufacturing knowledge.
- Minimum: Master's with 0 years experience OR Bachelor's with 2 years experience.
- 15% travel required.
