Manufacturing Supervisor (SWIFT)

About This Role

KLA is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor in Singapore to lead production activities for Swift/Altair manufacturing, ensuring goals are met regarding quality and cost. This role involves directing production processes and managing team performance.

Responsibilities

• Direct development/implementation of production activities for Swift/Altair to meet goals.
• Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, efficiency, and supply.
• Plan and administer manufacturing procedures and budgets.
• Develop schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
• Select, develop, train, and evaluate personnel for efficient function operation.

Requirements

• Min Diploma with preferably 3-5 years of related job/supervisory experience.
• Analytical skills to resolve technical problems and perform data analysis.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, teamwork, presentation, and people skills.
• Flexibility for occasional early morning support (team starts at 6:00 AM).
• Bachelor's Level Degree or 1 year of relevant work experience.
