Full Job Description
Responsibilities: Conduct sourcing activities Assist in arrangement of interviews Perform basic data analysis and provide insights and prepare reports using the analyzed data Understand HR operations and perform the necessary scope of work to support the various HR units within the department Comfortable with multi-tasking including taking on projects and other ad-hoc tasks as required Clean up of new hire data Clearing of department physical boxes with hardcopy data Job Requirements: Keen learner; interest to pursue HR as a long term career and keen to learn more about the profession specifically the role of a HR generalist Highly motivated individual with an analytical mindset and keen to challenge the status quo Detail-oriented and competent in using Microsoft Office Effective communication skills and confident disposition to deal with internal and external stakeholders Able to commit from May 2026 onwards for a period of six months.
