About This Role

Senior Business Director on-shore preferred wealth SG is a key role requiring 5+ years of banking sales experience, strong regulatory compliance knowledge, and the ability to lead relationship managers while delivering RM targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop cross-border referral plans to increase offshore client base and revenue.
• Assist in sales marketing initiatives for the onshore preferred segment.
• Provide timely feedback to management regarding sales performance and disciplinary issues.
• Identify fraudulent or operational risks affecting bank smooth operation.
• Ensure all regulatory compliance and due diligence for clients are adhered to.
• Lead by setting an example in recruitment, management of relationship managers (RMs), and motivating them.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline with Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing Requirements.
• At least 5 years of banking sales experience.
• Strong understanding of financial market and investment products.
• Strong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Problem solving, organizational skills, and personal soft competencies including excellent customer service.
