Senior Business Director for Offshore Preferred Wealth SG is a high-level role requiring 5+ years of banking sales experience, strong regulatory compliance knowledge, and the ability to lead a team while managing relationships and achieving cross-border revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop offshore client base through strategic business development and referrals.
• Implement cross-border referral plans to meet revenue targets for offshore preferred segment sales.
• Assist in all sales marketing initiatives and provide timely feedback on performance, disciplinary issues, and compliance.
• Identify fraudulent risks and operational threats affecting bank smooth operation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by training, due diligence, and adhering to internal policies and regulations.
• Lead recruitment of relationship managers (RMs) and manage attrition while enhancing their capabilities.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline with Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing Requirements.
• At least 5 years of banking sales experience.
• Strong understanding of financial market and investment products.
• Strong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Problem solving, organizational skills, personal soft competencies (customer service, people management, leadership), and excellent English command.
• Relevant certifications including CLI, CGI, HI, M1B-M9A.
