Job Description The role involves contributing to the development of a scalable production platform for generating cultivated chicken adipocytes that match the nutrition and flavour of conventional chicken fat. The individual will be responsible for elucidating the impact of the platform on enhancing the nutritional, sensory, metabolite and functional attributes of the cultivated fat. This includes conducting analytical and molecular characterisation of the cultivated adipocytes to support project objectives and deliverables. Job Requirements BSc in Food Science, Food Technology or relevant majors Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience ⁠Demonstrated expertise in lipid extraction, targeted metabolomics, analytical chemistry, and core biochemical techniques, with applied knowledge in food science including sensory analysis, functional characterization, and product performance evaluation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team and lead independent research activities, with excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
