Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist ECP & CMP lot processing under cleanroom environment.
• Perform post processing characterization (e.g. metrology tools), data collection and analysis.
• Work with engineers to troubleshoot fabrication issues and optimize ECP & CMP process parameters.
• Document process parameters and contribute to process development reports
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, effectively communicating project progress and technical insights.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics, Microelectronics, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or equivalent.
• Able to work in clean room environment is a MUST.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Able to work staggered shifts to effectively support process development.
• Hands-on working experiences in semiconductor fabrication is desired, preferably in ECP and/or CMP technologies.
• Self-motivated with a strong interest in semiconductor field.
