Responsibilities
- Build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies using technical documents.
- Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment components.
- Test assemblies using fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps.
- Inspect parts for defects and maintain inventory by receiving and auditing necessary components.
- Document work details, including progress, expense, and labor data on computer terminals.
- Adhere strictly to all safety standards while maintaining a clean and secure work environment.
Requirements
- Ability to follow schematics, wiring diagrams, and written/verbal instructions.
- Proficiency in performing electro-mechanical assembly and troubleshooting.
- Experience or aptitude with testing equipment (e.g., leak detectors, vacuum pumps).
- Attention to detail in defect inspection and process improvement.
- Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean environment.
- Ability to enter technical data into computer terminals.
