About This Role

Lead Channel Digital Enablement across Greater Asia for HP, driving digital execution and revenue growth through strategic partnerships. This role involves aligning global priorities with local market needs to enhance online sales channels.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and share-of-business growth across GA markets.
• Build and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with large partners.
• Scale digital sell-out performance across online platforms.
• Improve digital customer experience and conversion optimization.
• Orchestrate collaboration between worldwide, regional, and country stakeholders.
• Execute WW digital playbooks and governance models for APJ markets.

Requirements

• 3+ years in channel sales, digital commerce, or partner management.
• Proven experience managing distribution/online reseller ecosystems across multiple markets.
• Strong track record in driving revenue growth and share-of-business expansion.
• Experience working across regional (APJ) and global matrix organizations.
• Hands-on experience with JBP execution.
• Familiarity with digital sell-out strategies (Retailer.com, reseller platforms).
• Experience in customer experience optimization.
• Strategic partner leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
