Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Configuration Analyst

About This Role

Manage product and process changes from launch to end-of-life within Illumina's PLM team, ensuring compliant change control across cross-functional departments. This role supports the lifecycle management of products and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support Change, Item, BOM, and Document Management in PLM.
• Act as quality gatekeeper for change records and controlled documentation.
• Provide feedback to Change Owners to enhance changes.
• Perform setup of material master data in ERP system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the change/configuration process and system.
• Support internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of related GxP environment experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• Experience with PLM or Document Control software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Clear verbal and written communications.
