About This Role
Manage the Quality Assurance for Illumina's Laboratory Service in Singapore, ensuring compliance with quality standards and leading the QA team. This role drives continuous improvement and maintains high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Act as clinical quality system manager for ILS-SG, ensuring compliance with all quality standards.
- Lead reporting to ILS-SG Leadership on QMS performance and improvements.
- Build and lead the QA team for ILS QMS & Compliance activities in Singapore.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to advance quality processes and capabilities.
- Co-ordinate and host QMS assessments by external bodies.
- Work with global ILS quality management to exchange best practices.
Requirements
- Experience in QA within laboratory services or related standards (ISO15189, ISO17025, ISO13485).
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to work across teams and functions.
- Extremely strong communication, interpersonal skills, and customer focus.
- Experience in implementing and leveraging metrics.
- Considerable experience managing people/resources effectively to accomplish goals.
- Proven capacity to effectively manage and escalate risk.
- Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic work environment and shifting demands.
