About This Role

A*STAR IME seeks a Compliance Manager to oversee Research Security, Risk Management, and Export Compliance matters. This role ensures adherence to A*STAR policies within the Corporate Service team.

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance areas including Research Security, Risk Management, and Export Compliance.
• Develop and maintain IME’s Business Continuity Management Framework.
• Enforce IME governance on business and risk management areas.
• Maintain staff awareness through training, sharing sessions, and eDMs.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• Familiarity with research security and regulations.
• Understanding of Business Continuity Management planning/execution is beneficial.
• Resourceful with active listening skills.
• Motivated with clear communication skills for reporting.
