Regional Channel Product Manager, Global Transaction Banking

About This Role

Manage channel product development and risk for Global Transaction Banking in Singapore. Drive adoption, provide insights, and enhance the regional channel experience using technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage Channel Risk and assist in product development across markets.
• Refine the regional channel product roadmap (short, mid, long term).
• Service customer escalations regarding channel defects and process issues.
• Collate data and produce business insights on channel usage and revenue.
• Conduct research on customer voice, competition, and industry trends.
• Drive marketing campaigns to boost channel awareness and adoption.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of Channel or Cash management experience.
• Passionate, committed, and self-motivated attitude.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and in a team.
• Experience/knowledge of trade products is an advantage.
