Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner at OCBC Singapore, aligning HR strategies with business goals to drive performance. This role delivers end-to-end HR solutions across talent management, engagement, and organizational development.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders on business priorities and translate them into HR strategies.
- Lead talent review, succession planning, and development initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement and promote an inclusive culture.
- Guide managers through performance management processes.
- Advise on HR policies, compliance, and operational matters.
- Support organizational change initiatives through effective management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- 8β12 years of progressive HR experience.
- 4β6 years in an HR Business Partner role.
- Proven track record partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen linking HR to business outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws is beneficial.
- Professional HR certification is an advantage.
