About This Role
Drive digital transformation for Global Wholesale Banking by leading product ideation, development, and launch of enhanced customer experiences. Collaborate cross-functionally to re-engineer processes and embed innovation.
Responsibilities
- Ideate, design, develop, and launch digital solutions with Product Owners.
- Develop transformation strategy and manage cross-functional workstreams/projects.
- Re-engineer policies and processes prior to digitalization and automation.
- Act as customer voice, integrating research into product requirements.
- Develop and implement change management strategies for smooth rollouts.
- Advance innovation culture while providing practical solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years in software product building and business process re-engineering.
- Preferred: Previous front office experience (e.g., Relationship Managers).
- Demonstrated drive to build excellent products/services.
- Confident communicator skilled in relationship building and influencing change.
- Adaptable and resilient in ambiguous situations.
- Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Agile development framework.
