Responsibilities

• Design and implement SoLEC's research programmes collaboratively.
• Lead research projects and secure external funding opportunities.
• Publish internationally in peer-reviewed journals and disseminate findings.
• Translate research into practice and policy impact within education systems.
• Manage administrative tasks for smooth programme operations.
• Contribute to strategic research initiatives of SoLEC, OfR, and NIE.

Requirements

• PhD in a relevant discipline (e.g., Cognitive Science, Educational Psychology).
• Minimum 2 years of post-PhD experience.
• Ability to lead and collaborate in research teams.
• Strong track record publishing in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals.
• Proven ability to secure competitive research funding.
• Experience conducting independent, innovative research.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (spoken/written English).
