Research Assistant (Computer Science/Cyber Security)

About This Role

Join NTU as a Research Assistant to conduct cutting-edge research on cybercrime and AI-enabled threats. You will support projects involving LLMs, AI techniques, and empirical security analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist research on cybercrime/AI threats using LLMs and AI techniques.
• Support design/implementation of prototypes for cyber threat analysis.
• Collaborate with partners on research tasks, experiments, and documentation.
• Support preparation of research outputs like reports and manuscript drafts.
• Assist in proposal and grant documentation for cybercrime/AI security.
• Help build/maintain experimental platforms, benchmarks, and datasets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS, Cyber Security, or related field.
• Experience in cybercrime/AI analysis or LLM security.
• Knowledge of cybercrime concepts and LLM prompt techniques.
• Proficiency in Python, C/C++, or Java.
• Familiarity with vulnerability/network analysis techniques.
• Ability to support academic writing and research outputs.
