About This Role
Join CINTRA at NTU as a Research Associate to prepare and fundamentally characterize 2D ferroelectric materials for advanced neuromorphic computing applications. This role involves hands-on device fabrication and property testing.
Responsibilities
- Characterize 2D ferroelectric polarization using PFM and P-E loop tests.
- Design, fabricate, and test devices based on 2D ferroelectric materials.
- Confirm polarization switching using electrical pulses and demonstrate photoresponsivity.
- Demonstrate neuromorphic computing capabilities with fabricated devices.
- Collect, analyze results, and draft manuscripts/project reports.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in relevant field (electronics, physics, materials science, etc.).
- At least 2 years' hands-on experience with 2D ferroelectric materials.
- Compulsory good publications in 2D ferroelectrics and neuromorphic computing.
- Familiarity with lithography, 2D materials transfer, and PFM characterization.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Meticulous with data, independent yet collaborative.
