Join NTU as Manager - Student Administration to oversee MSc coursework program operations, including academic administration, finance, and team supervision. This role is vital for ensuring smooth program execution and student success within the EEE School.
Responsibilities
- Lead MSc coursework program administration (exams, grading, registration).
- Supervise and develop administrative staff.
- Provide guidance on academic, financial, and programme matters to students.
- Manage MSc Programme Office finance and budget monitoring.
- Develop trackers, reports, and dashboards from operational data.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree + 5-7 years in academic/student administration.
- Understanding of student admin, finance tracking, and faculty payment.
- Prior supervisory experience with strong management skills.
- High proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Mature, responsible, and service-oriented approach to sensitive matters.
