Program Manager II

About This Role

Serve as the connective tissue between regional programs and global teams, shaping the builder experience through onboarding, internal communications, and executive content creation in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Own Day One onboarding for new builders across APJC.
• Produce organization-wide newsletters and develop key messages for senior leaders.
• Own end-to-end coordination of town halls.
• Develop polished content (scripts, slides) for executive engagements.
• Manage concurrent workstreams across multiple time zones.
• Report engagement data to the global team.

Requirements

• 7+ years in program management, communications, or engagement.
• Proven ability to produce clear, compelling written content.
• Experience managing concurrent workstreams across time zones.
• Track record of cross-functional work with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in productivity tools (Excel, Quip, SharePoint).
