Manage and execute comprehensive donor stewardship strategies for the College of Islamic Studies, ensuring donors feel valued through tailored journeys, impact reporting, and high-quality engagement experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement stewardship strategies to enhance donor retention.
• Design tailored stewardship journeys for various donor levels.
• Oversee production of impact reports and manage recognition initiatives.
• Lead planning and execution of stewardship events.
• Craft compelling stewardship content, including impact stories and acknowledgements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of activities in the Donor Management System.

Requirements

• Tertiary education required.
• 6+ years in donor stewardship, fundraising, or communications.
• Strong writing and storytelling ability with attention to detail.
• Experience producing donor reports or impact narratives.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data management practices.
