Systems Analyst (Student Administration System) - Department of Information and Digital Technology Services

About This Role

Join our team supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the Student Administration System (Peoplesoft Campus Solution). This role involves providing technical support and leading projects through the full SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Provide system administration and technical support for the SAS.
• Monitor the system to ensure service availability.
• Maintain the system, covering end-to-end SDLC for change requests.
• Lead/participate in projects covering end-to-end SDLC for new initiatives.
• Create and maintain system and technical documentations.
• Provide technical assistance to new members.

Requirements

• Proficiency in systems analysis, application design, and development.
• Experience in user support, maintenance, or SDLC is preferred (new grads welcome).
• Advantageous: Experience with Peoplesoft development platform (PeopleTools, SQR, SQL, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and programming skills.
• Self-driven, independent, and a good team player.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant qualification in Computer Science or related field.
