About This Role

Seeking a Mgr/Snr Mgr to drive philanthropic partnerships with Public Agencies and Community Groups for the Community Chest of Singapore. This role involves crafting strategies to secure funding and build long-term relationships to maximize social impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to engage philanthropic donors and partners.
• Identify and establish partnerships with corporations, government agencies, and SSAs.
• Foster relationships to increase giving of Time, Treasure, and Talent.
• Lead sector-specific fundraising initiatives like campaigns and appeals.
• Collaborate internally to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.
• Manage donor relations, tracking activities, and providing impact reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record securing major gifts, grants, or partnerships.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Analytical with good judgment calls.
• Highly motivated, meticulous, and organized.
• Passion for social service sector impact.
