[LTA-IDE] PRINCIPAL/ SENIOR/ LAND EXECUTIVE, LAND

About This Role

Manage land acquisition and securing for transport infrastructure projects. Advise on land matters, budgets, and regulatory compliance while utilizing GIS to manage spatial data.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and managing land acquisition for transport infrastructure.
• Advise on land matters, budgeting, and policy alignment.
• Utilize GIS to manage, analyze, and visualize spatial data.
• Maintain land and geospatial databases and documentation.
• Liaise with government agencies on land-related matters.

Requirements

• Knowledge in Real Estate, Land Management, Urban Planning, Geography, or related field.
• Experience with AutoCAD/Microstation software.
• Knowledge of GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS) and spatial data analysis is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
