(Senior) Investigation Officer, Investigation

About This Role

Serve as an Investigation Officer in Singapore, managing end-to-end integrity investigations into whistleblowing reports and governance breaches for EnterpriseSG. This role upholds corporate governance standards through thorough case management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform preliminary assessment of whistleblowing information.
• Conduct interviews and record statements for investigations.
• Plan, execute procedures, and document investigation findings.
• Handle appeals and case escalations.
• Liaise with Law Enforcement Agencies regarding referrals.
• Present investigation findings to Management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience (prior case investigation preferred).
• Strong knowledge of governance, risks, and controls principles.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
