About This Role

OCBC Group Corporate Services requires a Business Management Financial Operations professional to drive financial excellence, manage invoicing and accruals, support cost initiatives, and analyze variances to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Support GCS leadership team in financial operations and analysis including controlling, invoice management, and allocations.
  • Perform monthly accruals for GCS BAU and CRE Projects including vendor tracking and actual invoice payment reconciliation.
  • Participate in annual budgeting exercise (OP) for GCS and drive Cost Management Initiatives across the group.
  • Identify, investigate, and highlight major monthly invoice variances to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of GCS financial reports covering BAU and CRE Project financials, as well as Invoices.
  • Review, develop, and enhance MIS reports on an ongoing basis to ensure fit-for-purpose effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.
  • Strong financial management and financial operations experience in the financial services industry.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Experience in ERP, Procurement, Invoicing, and Accounts Payables tools and systems.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools like QlikView, Power BI, or Python is a plus.
  • Resourceful in data gathering and presentation.
