About This Role

Director, Relationship Manager, Private Banking at Standard Chartered seeks a permanent role in Singapore to drive profitable growth and manage client portfolios, including AUM, NNM targets, and operational risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth by acquiring, developing, and servicing long-term HNW relationships.
• Deliver NNM, AUM, and revenue growth targets while managing client acquisition and satisfaction.
• Implement asset allocation models to match client needs and monitor portfolio performance.
• Conduct periodic reviews of accounts in accordance with established procedures.
• Support the continuous improvement of processes to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage client issues, complaints, and product enquiries on a timely basis.

Requirements

• Degree holder and/or significant level relevant Relationship Management experience in Private Banking.
• 7 years of Relationship Management experience in Private Banking.
• CACS 1 & 2 compliant qualification.
