About This Role
Amazon is seeking a Growth Partner Development Manager to lead APJ Start-up partners in AWS, focusing on joint GTM programs and enabling ISV startups to adopt cloud-native architectures.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute joint sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) programs for new APJ-based startups.
- Serve as a key member of the Partner and Business Development teams to deliver APJ Start-up partner strategy.
- Orchestrate resources within AWS to support SUP ISV partners in Sell-With and GTM activities.
- Drive sales execution across joint opportunities, including lead generation enablement coordination.
- Broker internal resources and investments needed to meet business goals for joint sales success.
- Manage APN program management, platform adoption, and go-to-market strategy for emerging ISV startups.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technology sales, partner management, and business development.
- Experience working within the Start-up/VC community in Infrastructure or Line of Business Startups.
- Track record of building partner ecosystems with solutions or innovation programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
- MBA or Master's degree preferred.
