About This Role
A*STAR Manager/Senior Manager in Accounts Payable Shared Services requires a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance with 5+ years of experience supervising accounts payable teams, strong SAP S/4HANA knowledge, and a commitment to service excellence and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage timely payment approvals for internal and external vendors
- Monitor key performance indicators to resolve operational issues efficiently
- Partner with internal stakeholders on accounts payable matters and controls
- Manage enquiries from Research Institutes through the ticketing system
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or Accounting
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance operations, preferably shared services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Meticulous organization ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
